From 4 to 4 Million: The Power of Finding Your First 4 Fans

You can't be valuable to 4,000,000 people if you are not valuable to 4.  You need 4 people to comment on your blog, 4 people to subscribe to your email list, 4 people to have coffee with to get feedback on your idea, 4 people to show up your event, 4 people, tell their friends about you etc.

If you have a new idea, or a way to improve something or you dream of being a broadway star you have to find your first 4 fans.  Find the 4 people who could benefit from your idea and build your dream around them.  Bringing an idea to life is challenging.  I always say "don't fall in love with your idea, fall in love the people whose problem you're solving. 

Whether you are thinking about a new business, a  new song, a new podcast, or even a new processes at work.  Find your first 4 and you are on your way to 4,000,000.
